Join Ithaca Beer Company, Cayuga Radio Group, and Wegmans on Saturday, September 5, 2009 from 3:00 – 7:00 PM for the 3rd Annual Ithaca Brew Fest at beautiful Stewart Park at the base of Cayuga Lake.

Sample beers poured by over 40 local, regional, national, and international breweries. Snack on sizzling and savory food from local eateries. Take in musical performances by Sim Redmond Band, Kevin Kinsella, and The Mutron Warriors.

The Brew Fest will once again offer a VIP package. This year’s VIP package includes a special VIP sampling glass and laminate on lanyard that grants the VIP access into the VIP beer tent during the entire Brew Fest. VIP guests will be admitted to the fest grounds 1 hour early at 2:00 PM for a private VIP party. VIPs will have a chance to meet the brewers, sample rare beers, and snack of delicious treats prepared by Wegmans. The VIP tent will continue to keep it exciting and bring out more unusual craft beers at various times in the day

New This Year! Inside the Big Pavilion at Stewart Park, Wegmans will host gourmet food and beer pairings throughout the entire Brew Fest. Wegmans will offer 5 different food bites of various cuisine (including sushi!) artfully paired with craft beers. Brew Fest attendees will be able to nosh on these delightful samples priced at $3 each in addition to the one drink ticket per beer sample offered.

Also New This Year! On Sunday, make your way back to the park and enjoy an afternoon full of more good music, food and beer. The Positive Jam, promoted by Dan Smalls Productions and the Ithaca Beer Co. will feature The Hold Steady, The Felice Brothers, Deer Tick, and The Rural Alberta Advantage. Doors will open at 12:00PM, and concert goers will be able to soak in good music, good food, and good times.
