Make A Travel Plan
The festival will wrap up at 7PM and festival goers will have a variety of transportation options. From the traditional designated driver or downtown shuttle van to TCAT public transportation, local taxi service, overnight parking, the “only in Ithaca” bike valet and, of course, the summer stroll.
Designated Driver
Be a hero, be a designated driver. Being a designated driver is considered one of the biggest contributions to making the day a success. DD’s will be trusted to keep their friends and neighbors safe and can enjoy the beautiful day of great food and live music for just $10!
TCAT – Ithaca Public Transportation
TCAT, following its regular route #13, will offer free rides to and from Stewart Park and Downtown throughout the afternoon to anyone with an Ithaca BrewFest ticket in hand. You can pick-up the hourly bus route #13 downtown at 30 after the hour at the Green Street bus stop or at the newly re-configured Seneca at Tioga Street bus shelter, departing at 32 after the hour and arrive at Stewart Park at 45 after the hour. Bus route #13 continues up to the mall but will return to pick-up festival goers hourly at Stewart Park at 05 after the hour and reach the Green Street stop at 24 after the hour and Seneca Street stop at 32 after the hour. The last bus will depart Stewart Park at 8:05 PM.

Downtown Shuttle
The Downtown Ithaca Alliance will be sponsoring a Cayuga Taxi 11 passenger van stationed at the Hilton Garden Inn on Seneca Street with a periodic shuttle readily available to take BrewFest goers to and from Stewart Park during the afternoon. The concept was initially developed by John O’Leary, owner of The Ithaca Ale House, who will be having live acoustic music after the festival so everyone can continue the fun by getting a bite to eat and enjoying even more live music.
Taxi Service
Cayuga Taxi, one of the biggest contributors to safe travels at the first Ithaca BrewFest, will be setting-up an on-site cab stand at Stewart Park to offer festival goers safe rides in an organized and efficient manner. Cayuga Taxi serves the greater Ithaca and surrounding areas with taxi service and are available for safe rides.

Park Overnight
For anyone who chooses to take advantage of the options involving buses or taxis after the event, cars can be parked on Saturday at Ithaca High School and Boynton Middle School upon arrival to BrewFest, and left overnight. Automobiles need to be picked up by Sunday at 2:00 PM.
Ride your Bike - Sober
But if driving is not your preferred method of transportation, plans are in place for bikers, with a bike valet service available. Riding your bike while intoxicated is illegal – if you’re riding your bike get a designated driver ticket and stay sober.
Take a Stroll
Of course, walking along the beautiful trails down to Stewart Park is always a great option. Enjoy a summer walk.
